Next week, we'll be packing up lots of beautiful invitations and heading down to BHLDN Chestnut Hill to join some of our favorite industry friends for their annual Wedding Fair. We are just thrilled to be involved (you know we are BHLDN-aholics!) and can't wait to chat with brides and grooms about all things wedding. We'll have lots of beautiful samples to show you, a fab DIY stationery bar where you can create your own noteset and an INCREDIBLE giveaway contest that you won't want to miss.

We're having a Birthday Party!

Mark your calendars, you're booked next Thursday night for our 4th birthday party!

We're so excited to have Jenna from Smock joining us for the evening; she'll be showing us how to make fun pinwheels using all your favorite Smock papers. And, in celebration and thanks for 4 wonderful years, we'll be stocked to the gills with Smock product and we will be offering 20% OFF all Smock goodies*all weekend long (8/8 - 8/11).

Be sure to get here early, though, as these treats will certainly go fast and once they are gone - they are gone!

Paper & Petal: A Valentine's Day Pop-Up Flower Shop

We are thrilled to announce that we'll be hosting Petal Floral Design in the shop on Thursday, February 14th from 10am-7:30pm for a Valentine's Day flower pop-up shop!

 All day, the lovely and crazy-talented Becca of Petal Floral Design will be in-store creating her signature romantic bouquets for purchase. And, of course, we're stocked to the gils with the best of the best Valentine's cards for your beloved.

So, stop by the shop next Thursday and pick-up all you need to woo your one and only (or your best friend, mama, sweet Aunt Cathy....or anyone you want to send some love to this Valentine's Day, really!). A love note + one of Becca's stunning creations will be just the sweetest combo for your Valentine this year!

Pink Pint Night

One of the things that we love about Portsmouth (one of the many things!) is how active members of this community are in charitable causes and how often we find ourselves attending or, better yet, participating in all sorts of cool events and fundraisers for those causes.

We couldn't be more excited to be participating in one such event - Pink Pint Night - next Tuesday, September 27th. Pink Pink Night is a genius, multi-faceted shopping and dining event that brings together women, local vendors, fabulous food and craft beer all to support a chosen charity. This year, a portion of all proceeds from the event will go to Jaden's Ladder. Jaden's Ladder is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting survivors of domestic violence.

The night promises to be a blast filled with incredible food, delicious beers to sample and lots and lots of shopping!! In addition to the Gus & Ruby team, there are gong to be some seriously fabulous vendors to visit including these Gus & Ruby favorites:
