Darling Details: custom coasters!

They say the devil is in the details, right? When it comes to wedding planning, I'm sure you'll all agree that this is true. It's the little things that can keep you up at night and it's the little things that take an event from beautiful to HOLY COW!

One little detail that I totally love at a wedding is custom coasters. It's such an unexpected, fun treat for guests when they arrive at cocktail hour to find fabulous custom coasters to tie the whole event together.

A great tip - take inspiration from your wedding stationery to create coasters that tie in all the other stationery (from invitations to escort cards) for a polished, cohesive look. See how all these pieces tie together beautifully?

Finally, one of my favorite ideas is to have a custom cocktail recipe printed right on the coaster. Guests can bring them home with them for keepsakes and to add to their collection of bar recipes. Love it!
