Whenever a bride or groom comes to pick up the last of their finished wedding stationery, it's such a bittersweet feeling for me. I love love love watching them delight over the printed pieces and, of course, share in their excitement; but, I always feel a tinge of sadness that this portion of our project together has come to an end, too. We have been blessed with the most amazing clients, so lots of these couples become not only clients but friends over the course of our project. So, I always remind them to send photos of the big day and to stop by whenever they are in town so we can catch up.
As you can imagine, it's a sweet perk to the job when we get to see our lovely friends celebrating like mad and also when we spot some of the lovely paper goodness in their photos, too!
Abi & Ryan are two of the nicest people out there and we had a blast working with them to create a beautiful, preppy suite through one of our favorite albums, Gilah Press & Design. The celebration was planned by our dear friend and wedding-maven Kate Parker and captured by our talented pal, photographer Mark Davidson. Check out a few snaps below and then head over to Mark's blog for the full post.
